In Summer 2024, I mentored Astrid Bernaga, a graduate student from Tecnológico de Monterrey, through the UTSA School of Data Science Immersion Program. We worked on a research project addressing bias in privacy policy question-answering systems, designing a multi-agent framework to evaluate and mitigate dialect bias. 

The project concluded with a poster presentation at the program showcase and later evolved into a peer-reviewed publication presented at ACL 2025.
